GWiz helps you compare grocery prices and find nearby stores. You agree to use GWiz only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. No Account or Login

GWiz does not require user accounts. All saved data remains on your device.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, grocery prices and availability may change. GWiz provides information “as is” without guarantees.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access
• No interference with app performance or data
• No misuse of location permissions

5. Limitation of Liability

GWiz and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from app usage or data inaccuracies.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, and design elements in GWiz are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We may modify or discontinue GWiz at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
